Butte County authorities have identified the man shot and killed by a Sheriff's deputy this week as a South Dakota fugitive wanted by U.S. Marshals. The Sheriff's Office says two deputies contacted 35 year old Sengaroune Silaphanhdeth in the parking lot of Gold Country Casino Tuesday.
