Chico Police officers arrested a man after witnesses said he fired a gun at someone he had been fighting with on Saturday at around 5:31 a.m. Officers saw two people fighting near the stage area at the city plaza. They were able to detain one of the people, but the other person, Christian Governor, 25, ran away. Governor was arrested and booked into Butte County Jail
