Butte County firefighters say there were four blazes within a five hour period this weekend...two of those are considered suspicious. The fires happened in Palermo and Paradise between Saturday night and Sunday morning. In Paradise, flames broke out at a home on Rosemary Court around 2 AM Sunday. The fire caused an estimated 150 thousand dollars in damage. A small vegetation fire was reported on Upper Palermo Road Saturday night. A vegetation fire also occured around Melvina Avenue...another fire damaged the Christian Faith Center. Those two fires are considered suspicious and are under investigation.
