Paradise is the fastest growing town in California for the second year in a row, according to new numbers from the state Department of Finance. Paradise saw a 24% increase in population in the last year. As of January 1, Paradise's population sat at 9,142. That's a significant increase from the previous year which saw 7,367 residents.
