An emergency exercise for the town of Paradise is fast approaching. The "Prepared Paradise" event starts at 10am on Thursday as the town tests out their emergency preparedness system. The town has installed five sirens so far that will alert residents of a possible impending emergency. On Thursday the first test run of the siren's will be go into affect. An announcement will be made and then 30 seconds of a 90 decibel siren will be heard at the five installation sites. The test will determine how effective the sirens are..... In total the town will install 21 sirens to act as a first alert for townspeople as they recover from the Camp Fire
