A Redding man arrested after a high speed chase and collision that injured a passenger. Authorities say Anderson Police tried to stop 37 year old Silas Madden Tuesday night, when the driver allegedly sped off. The chase topped speeds of 100 miles per hour. The driver crashed into a tree and rock embankment in Redding. Madden allegedly resisted arrest and was hit with a stun gun. A passenger in the vehicle suffered major injuries.
