Beginning June 19, 2023, the Downtown Chico Business Association, in collaboration with the City of Chico, will launch a 4-week concierge program to assist Downtown visitors with the transition to the newly implemented parking system. Kiosk Concierges will be available from 11 AM to 2 PM, dressed in bright orange t-shirts. They will walk be in the downtown area to assist individuals with operating both the Smart Meter Kiosks and the Passport Parking Mobile Application.
