A Chico woman has been reinstated on probation after a violation after a violation of that probation in February sent her to state prison for a 90-day psychological evaluation, the district attorney's office said. Gail Hemmingsen of Chico previously pleaded no contest to four separate charges of DUI and another charge for criminal threats and was placed on probation in January of this year.
