Officials with Adventist Health told locals there are no plans to rebuild the town's hospital or emergency room. Paradise has been without a fully staffed hospital and emergency room, since the Camp Fire in 2018. Adventist Health says the former emergency room will be demolished as it doesnt meet Building Code standards. In March, Adventist Health officials said they hoped to grow medical care services in the area.
