Gas prices keep rising but there may be some relief coming soon. Triple-A reports the national average for gas increased by seven cents to three-83 a gallon. Experts say over the last week, the demand for gas decreased because the total domestic supplies increased. Oil refinery operations are returning back to full capacity after an extreme heat wave last month slowed them down.
