Chico Police responded to reports of Shots fired inside a Chico Apartment Friday Night...officers arrived at the Lakeview aparments on california park drive where they found 1 vicitm with a gun shot wound and the suspect was detained in tHE parking lot. The victim was ttreated and transported to Enloe and is listed in stable condition. There was a child in the apartment , they were taken by Chiod Protective services ... the Suspect was arrested and faces charges including assault with a deadly weapon, endangerment of a child and domestic violence.
