Friday Afternoon Chico Police Officers were dispatched to the area of W. 5th Street and Walnut Street in Chico for a possible deceased person. The reporting party discovered the subject lying in an business alcove near the listed location. Officers arrived and confirmed the subject was deceased. No obvious signs of foul play were located at the scene.
