CSU Student employees Seek to Form Union
More workers at California State University are deciding whether to form a union. More than 20-thousand students from all 23 campuses began voting last Thursday. Organizers are hoping for a contract so they can bargain for more money, better hours, paid sick leave and free parking. If approved, the union would join others such as dining hall workers, faculty and adjunct professors. Election results will be revealed February 23rd.
