PGE begins New Project in South Oroville
PG&E began what is expected to be a six-week construction projecr in teh Oroville area. In strides to reduce fire risk, PG&E has found moving powerlines underground helps reduce the risk of wildfire ignition by nearly 98%. PG&E began the process of undergrounding powerlines along Highway 162. crews will work nights to minimize traffic impacts starting at 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.
