A doctor is charged with alledly creating a false letter to get out of a speeding ticket

A doctor has plead not guilty again to charges that he created a fake letter to get out of a speeding ticket. The Butte County DA's office filed false evidence charges against 46-year-old Dr. Nickesh Shah of San Francisco. Shah was pulled over by CHP for driving 95 miles per hour on Highway 99 near Estates Drive back in April of 2013. Shah claimed that there was a medical emergency at a Chico clinic. The officer called the clinic and they told him that there wasn't an emergency. According to the E-R, Shah allegedly fabricated a letter from the clinic saying that it was an emergency.
