LAS VEGAS GETAWAY PROMOTION

CONTEST RULES, ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS

 

PRIZE INFORMATION:

KPAY 93.9, MIX 95.1, AND KZAP 96.7 FM, WILL EACH GIVE AWAY ONE TRIP TO LAS VEGAS INCLUDING PRIZES.  THE PROMOTIONS RUN JANUARY 3, 2022-JANUARY 27, 2022.  THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN FRIDAY JANUARY 28, 2022 AT 7PM AT ROLLING HILLS CASINO.  QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.   QUALIFYING WILL BEGIN THE WEEK OF JANUARY 3, 2022 THRU JANUARY 27, 2022.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. Must be at least 21 years of age to enter the LAS VEGAS GETAWAY contest. 
  2. Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting (DCB) and participating sponsors are not eligible. 
  3. One prize per person per household for each station. Only 1 entry per household for entry for the LAS VEGAS GETAWAY Contest on air or on-line.

HOW TO WIN:

  1. Winners will be chosen at a random drawing at Rolling Hills Casino on January 28, 2022 at 7PM from the list of all eligible qualifiers.  QUALIFIERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.  All qualifications can be done via Rolling Hills Casino qualifying, social media, Text to win, station websites, on air qualifiers, or pre-announced live appearance by radio stations.  Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.  
  2. All prize certificates must be claimed in person at the Deer Creek Broadcasting studios during regular business hours (2654 Cramer Lane Chico Ca). An appointment may be necessary.   
  3. The contest will run from January 3, 2022 through January 28, 2021.
  4. Winners may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California state issued identification card and offer written signature as evidence prize has been claimed.  
  5. Winners will also may be required to fill out a W-9 Tax Form.
  6. Winners will be notified by phone.
  7. Winners will be awarded one two night hotel room stay from Westgate Resort, Airfare, 2 Spa Certificates from Serenity Spa and 2 Rounds of Golf.  Any additional prizes will be awarded at the time of prize retrieval from the Deer Creek Broadcasting Studios during regular business hours (2654 Cramer Lane Chico Ca).
  8. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of conclusion of contest or prize will be forfeited. 
  9. All winners give KPAY 93.9, MIX 95.1 AND KZAP 96.7 FM permission to air his/her voice response on-air and shall allow his/her likeness to be published for marketing purposes. 
  10. Must be 21 years of age or older.  Prize may be used only for the date(s) specified.  Hotel guest room accommodations for winner and guest, double occupancy, three days and two nights based on availability.  Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, may not be combined with another offer. Winner must use all prize components in a single visit.  Winner may not substitute prize components.  In the unlikely event that one or more of the prize components is not available for any reason, Westgate Las Vegas reserves the right to substitute a Las Vegas experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.  Westgate Las Vegas is not responsible for transportation. Gratuities are not included.  Hotel guest must present a major credit card at check-in to guarantee hotel charges not included in this prize.
  11. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
  12. Winner shall hold harmless KPAY 93.9, MIX 95.1 AND KZAP 96.7 FM and Deer Creek Broadcasting and it's employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, from any damages suffered while participating in this contest or during their trip to Las Vegas by the official winners. 
  13. Some prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the official winners. KPAY 93.9, MIX 95.1 AND KZAP 96.7 FM reserves the right to substitute prizes with other similar prizes of approximate same value. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of KPAY 93.9, MIX 95.1 AND KZAP 96.7 FM and are final. Should a selected winner not meet eligibility criteria or not be able to use the prize during the designated time period, that person shall automatically forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
  14. Entries will also be accepted through the mail, send DCB a letter with your contact information including name, address, phone number and email. Mail your entry to: Deer Creek Broadcasting, c/o “Station” Las Vegas Getaway 2654 Cramer Lane, Chico, CA 95928-8838. Entry must be received by Monday January 24, 2021.
