A man was allegedly seen breaking into a car parked near the Market Street Steakhouse after 7 pm Monday. A group of men confronted the suspect and he reportedly pulled a handgun on them. The men backed away and the suspect fled the area. Officers found the man at Liberty Park. According to police, the victim's wallet was allegedly found in the suspect's pocket along with the handgun which was loaded. Officers learned that the gun had been reported stolen and the unidentified suspect was arrested.
