Chico Police arrest a man on suspicion of driving under the influence after an incident at a Chico restaurant Tuesday night. 23-year-old Jordan Jiang was caught on video driving his blue pickup truck the wrong way down a one way street. He then turned into Indy's Restaurant on West 8th and backed repeatedly into a table where George Grieger was sitting with his son. No one was hurt but Jiang was arrested.
