The young woman reported missing in Chico has been found and is reportedly NOT the victim of foul play. Chico Police say they located Paige Vogel about 10:30 Wednesday morning along East Avenue near Mariposa. Initial reports had her possibly abducted in a black van and held against her will. Vogel reportedly said she'd not spoken to her family in four days and is unsure how anyone came to the conclusion she was in danger. Meanwhile, the investigation into the incident continues.
