Butte Supervisors may weigh in Tuesday on the long running Sites Reservoir Project. The issue is whether the Board wants to side with the project in a letter to the State Water Commission. County Administrator Paul Hahn says Supervisors will look at the pros and cons and see where Butte fits in the project.

The County Water Commission is urging the Supervisors support Proposition 1 funding for the project. “Sites” is a large reservoir planned for a valley near the town of Maxwell in nearby Colusa County.
