46-year-old Perry McElyea was allegedly seen attempting to light an object on fire while standing on an electrical box at the McDonald's on Mangrove and Palmetto around 8 am Wednesday Morning. After officers arrived they found and arrested McElyea. Officers reportedly found the suspicious bottle on top of the electrical box. The Butte County Bomb Squad checked out the bottle which turned out to be harmless.
