An Oregon man charged with murder who is being held in Northern California will be extradited. Edwin Lara was in a Siskiyou County courtroom for an extradition hearing on Tuesday. Lara is charged with the murder of 23-year-old Kaylee Sawyer in Deschutes County, Oregon. Lara is facing four counts of aggravated murder in Oregon. He also faces a number of charges in Siskiyou County including carjacking, kidnapping, and attempted murder. Lara will be in court in Oregon on August 25th.
