The man was found by officers with major head injuries at the Valero gas station on Montgomery Street around 3 am Wednesday. Officers found 32-year-old Ralph Dicostanzo around 8 pm Wednesday in downtown Oroville. He was arrested and was charged for assault with a deadly weapon. According to police, the alleged attack stemmed from past incidents between the two men.
