54-year-old Nick Medlennoff was last seen at his home on Oak Drive in Berry Creek last Thursday. Authorities say that he had been to Food Maxx in Oroville earlier that day. 

Medlennoff is described as being 5 foot, 10-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds and he has black hair. He was last seen wearing black sweat pants and a black vest over a t-shirt. He is considered at risk due to medical issues and he has trouble walking even for short distances.
