32 year old Justin Rich of Corning and 55 year old David Kahl of Chico are the two who were killed when their vehicles collided head on Tuesday afternoon. It happened on Highway 99 near Meridian Road when Rich who was driving the Saturn was heading northbound and sideswiped a black Acura. Later he crossed the yellow lines and hit a Solar City Chevy head on. According ot the C-H-P, the collision caused the Sonic to spin out of control. No other injuries were reported.
