FORESTVILLE, Calif. (AP) — The saga of flooded homes and vineyards in northern California and Nevada may have a second chapter in the form of another big storm expected to arrive today. The area got more than a foot of rain over a 72-hour stretch that ended just yesterday. Yesterday, emergency crews in rescue boats and helicopters took advantage of a one-day respite to rescue stranded people and assess damage.
