The Butte County Sheriff's Office releases a new flood evacuation plan. Sheriff Kory Honea announced the revised contingency plan Thursday at a press conference. The evacuation plan divides the southern part of the county into eleven zones. Each zones have evacuation routes, public assembly points, and the closest evacuation centers.
