Deputies respond to a fatal accident in Oroville involving construction vehicle. The truck was on Highway 70 near Power House Road and was reportedly hauling cement to the Oroville Dam site around 7:30 Sunday morning when it rolled over. The driver, identified as 51-year-old Peter Anderson of Marysville, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Butte County Sheriff's Office press release, the cement truck was the only vehicle involved in the accident.
