SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A report by the Butte County District Attorney's Office says a sheriff's deputy acted in self-defense when he fatally shot a Northern California illegal marijuana grower. The Sacramento Bee reports 56-year-old Mark Aaron Jensen was shot and killed outside his Durham home Aug. 22.
