Evacuation Orders and Warnings
Authorities are saying the shelter at the Neighborhood Church may not be accessible until the traffic redirection on Hwy 99 is complete. They say to please follow direction from traffic officers.
The Sheriff's Office is reminding evacuees in Magalia, the best way to evacuate is to go north on Skyway to Butte Meadows.
CHP is stopping all northbound traffic on Hwy 99 at Hwy 149. All lanes of Hwy 99 from Skyway south to Hwy 149 will be southbound.
An evacuation order is being issued for Highway 70 from Concow South including all of Yankee Hill on both sides of Highway 70.
At 11:48 the Butte County Sherriff's Office issued an evacuation order for the area of Pentz and 70 South to 149 including Butte College.
As of 10:30 am Centerville and Butte Creek areas are under an evacuation order.
Evacuation warnings for the Nimshew Zone.
And evacuation warning for Lower Clark and Lower Skyway zones.
Evacuation orders issued for the Carnegie Zone, North Pines Zone, North Fir Haven Zone and South Fir Haven Zone. They say if you need assistance in evauating to call 911.

Evacuation Shelters
There's an evacuation shelter opening at the Oroville Nazarene Church on 2238 Monte Vista Aveue in Oroville.
A second evacuation shelter in place at the Neighborhood Church 2801 Notre Dame Blvd in Chico.
Another Chico Church has opened a shelter for those evacuting the Camp Fire...The East Evenue Church on 1185 East Avenue.
The Butte County Fairgrounds at 199 E Hazel Street in Gridley is open as an evacuation center.
The Butte County Sheriff's Office says that the Silver Dollar Fair Grounds is NOT open as a shelter.
Animal Shelters
Large animals can be taken to Butte Co Fairgrounds in Gridley..
also the Camelot Equestrian center on CLark Rd in Oroville
Small Animals 2279 Del Oro in Oroville
The North Valley Animal Disaster Group Can not rescue due to the Danger surrounding the fire.
