The victim reported to Butte County deputies that his stolen outboard boat motor was seen in photograph of a yard sale on Lone Pine Avenue in Chico Sunday evening. Deputies arrived at the location and conducted a probation search where they reportedly found the outboard motor in the yard. Three Firearms were also allegedly found at the residence. One of the firearms was reported stolen out of Glenn County. According to a Butte County Sheriff's Office press release, deputies say drug paraphernalia was also located. The resident, identified as 33-year-old Matthew Myers was arrested for various felony and misdemeanor charges.
