There's an evacuation warning for the Richvale area due to potential flooding. According to the Butte County Sheriff's Office, the evacuation warning is for residents in the area between the Sacramento River and Highway 99 from Nelson Shippee Road to Highway 162. This due to the potential for flooding because of forecast levels in the Cherokee Canal.
