Reports of an explosion at a house in north Chico led to an arrest. Officers arrived to a home on Burnap Avenue and reportedly found the garage door blown off along with other explosion damage at the house. An alleged butane honey oil lab was located at inside the home. 23 ounces of hash oil, 158 pounds of marijuana along with LSD was also found at the house.

Witnesses say several people left the home before officers arrived. 28 year old Brittney Larsen was later located and was arrested for various felony drug charges. Police say her 5 month old child was reportedly found in a bedroom where a large amount of marijuana was being stored, that according to a Chico Police press release.
