Glenn County Machete Attack Arrest

A wanted Glenn County man is arrested for a machete attack. Earlier this month 27-year-old Carlos Hill and two juveniles were walking along the roadway at the Grindstone Rancheria in Elk Creek when a man drove up to them and reportedly confronted Hill regarding a previous disagreement. The driver, identified as Dudley Burrows Jr. then got out of the vehicle and allegedly attacked Hill with a machete before taking off in the vehicle. According to a Glenn County Sheriff's Office press release, Hill was taken to the Glenn Medical Center for major injuries.

Two days later Burrows was found at a residence in Elk Creek and he was arrested for outstanding bench warrants out of Glenn and Colusa counties. Criminal charges regarding the machete attack will be filed with the Glenn County D-A's Office.
