Oroville Shooting Incident

Butte County authorities are searching for two people involved in shooting in Oroville. An altercation allegedly occurred between 21-year-old Myosha Chappell and family members at a home on the 24 hundred block V-6 Road. Chappell's boyfriend, 21-year-old Santino Brownwebster arrived and was also reportedly involved in the fight. Brownwebster allegedly grabbed a handgun and fired multiple rounds, striking two residences, and narrowly missing several people, including two children in a car. According to the Butte County Sheriff's Office, no injuries were reported.

Brownwebster and Chappell reportedly fled the area in a white Ford Focus. Brownwebster is described as a black male around six feet tall and weighing 185 pounds. Chappell is described as a white female about five feet - five inches tall and weighs around 216 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Butte County Sheriff's Office 538-7322.
