Police respond to a burglary at a Chico mini storage. Two suspects had allegedly broke into a storage locker at the Lassen Mini Storage on East Lassen Avenue on Tuesday where they reportedly took vintage and collectible sports memorabilia. The next day Chico Police contacted the victim who believed they had found what appeared to be some of the stolen items on a social media post. According to Chico Police, officers located the man they believe made that post, identified as 29-year-old Devin Thurman and his girlfriend 26-year-old Samantha Kaksonen at the Silver Dollar Fair Grounds. Both were placed under arrest for the burglary.
