An officer arrived at Red Bluff Union High School after 8 Monday morning after threats were reported at the school. The officer learned that 18-year-old Thomas Trotter was allegedly told another student that there would be a shooting at the school. Additional officers and investigators arrived and found Trotter in the school library. He was reportedly found in possession of a survival type knife.
