Two Glenn County men have been arrested for the shooting into an occupied vehicle in Chico Wednesday night. Glenn County authorities say 19 year old Joseph Fratus and 20 year old Noah Apodaca returned to the scene of the shooting on West 9th Street around 9:30 Wednesday night, some 2 and a half hours after the original incident. Their vehicle was stopped, and a fully automatic handgun was allegedly located in the vehicle. According to Chico Police, the two were taken into custody on probable cause.
