Officers arrived to an apartment complex the 600 block of West 2nd Avenue around 3:15 Friday Morning. Witness told officers that a fight had allegedly occurred prior to shots being heard. According to a Chico Police press release, officers canvased the area, but no victims or bullet strikes were found.
