The Butte Strong Fund has awarded more than $100,000 for recovery efforts for the Camp Fire this week. More than $27,000 went to the Paradise Alliance Church to cover the cost of the regular Community Dinner for another three months and $25,000 to the Sacramento Grove of the Oak which provides refilled propane tanks for Camp Fire survivors. The rest of the grants were awarded to St. John's Episcopal Church, the White Pony Express who are in partnership with the North State Food Bank and Listening Sessions who are working with Community Based Recovery.
