The Butte County Sheriff's Office confirming Saturday that the remains found July 2nd near the Randy Jenning Memorial Bridge was that of Maria Curtev. She had been reported missing on June 19th.

The CHP is seeking information from the public about the suspicious circumstances surrounding Curtev's disappearance and death. Any with information is asked to call the CHP Investigation Tip Line at (916) 731-6385.
