A report of a man who was stabbed in the chest at the Grindstone Rancheria came into the Glenn County Sheriff's Office before 1:30 Tuesday morning. 31-year-old Joseph Peters was walking down Bush Street when 28-year-old Tyler Lopez reportedly exchanged words with him. Lopez then allegedly attacked him. Peters was treated and released from the hospital for a minor injury. Lopez was found and arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. According to a Glenn County Sheriff's Office press release, he was also wanted for questioning in connection to several other reported incidents of criminal activity that occurred at the Grindstone Rancheria over the past few months.
