The Chico Police Department received information before 8:30 Sunday night that 26-year-old Francsico Ramirez had violated the terms of a domestic violence restraining order. About an hour later officers attempted to contact Ramirez at his apartment on Notre Dame Boulevard. Due to Rodriguez being on probation for domestic violence, officers forced entry into Rodriguez residence. Officers searched the apartment and reportedly found two assault rifles and an alleged stolen pistol along with ammunition. According to police, officers also found nearly three kilograms of marijuana and evidence of drug sales. Ramirez was arrested for multiple charges.
