Officers arrived to West 4th Street just before 6 Sunday morning after receiving a burglary call. Officers learned that a man allegedly entered the residence and took items. The 21-year-old female resident told officer that she confronted the suspect after she awoke to allegedly find him laying next her to naked. Officers found a man fitting the description, now fully clothed about to leave in a vehicle in the area of 2nd and Hazel streets. That man, identified as 19-year-old Jaquane Baldwinbadger of Sacramento was reportedly found in possession of property taken from the victim and was arrested.
