Chico Police Officers responded to a report of a burglary at North Valley Bicycle on Cohasset Road early Tuesday morning. A nearby officer saw a man riding a new bicycle. Officers reportedly confirmed that the bike had been stolen and found additional evidence linking the man, identified as 29-year-old Robin Fox. According to Chico Police, he was arrested for commercial burglary and was booked into the Butte County Jail.
