22-year-old David Hamilton was taken into custody late last month after detectives received information that he had allegedly been molesting the juvenile. As detectives further investigated the incident they discovered information that 23-year-old Vincent Baldera and Hamilton's girlfriend 27-year-old Chelsey Klein were also reportedly found to be assaulting the same victim. Baldera was arrested earlier this month and Klein was arrested Wednesday. According to Chico Police, all three were arrested for sexual assault of a minor. Both men were also charged for possession of child pornography.
