PG&E announced that over 200 thousand customers have been notified that they may be impacted beginning late Wednesday evening with a Public Safety Power Shutoff. This due wildfire risk because of high wind gusts and dry conditions in portions of the Sierra Navada foothills and in North Bay counties. www.pgecurrents.com list 14,586 Butte County residents who could be impacted by the power shut offs. Portions of Yuba and Sutter counties could also see the power turned off.
