PG&E now says up to 184,000 customers could be impacted by the Public Safety Power Shut off as early as this afternoon into the evening. Butte County could see around 23,450 residents affected by the black out. Tuesday PG&E added Tehama County to the list of impacted counties.

The utility will decide today whether to begin the power shut off.
