PG&E, at last report, has restored power to 93 percent of customers impacted by the Public Safety Power Shutoff. That shutoff started Wednesday afternoon and affected 178 thousand customers in portions of 18 counties. On Thursday safety patrols and inspections took place before PG&E began restoring power. PG&E lists Butte County as having its power 100 percent restored. According to PG&E spokesperson Paul Moreno, power should be fully restored to all customers sometime today.
