The CHP reported a multiple vehicle collision on southbound Highway 99 just north of the Skyway off ramp just before 8 this morning. A Nissan Altima collided with a Toyota. One or two other unknown vehicles were also caught up into the crash. Minor injuries are being reported. At last report the CHP is saying southbound traffic is at a complete stop from East 1st Avenue.
